Freilichtmuseum Glentleiten

The Freilichtmuseum Glentleiten extends across a vast terrain featuring 60 reconstructed buildings that represent traditional Upper Bavarian architecture and rural structures.

Founded in 1976, this museum collection includes a 430-year-old residential building from the Berchtesgaden region, representing one of Upper Bavaria's oldest preserved log constructions.

The museum maintains active demonstrations of 30 different traditional crafts, including pottery making, yarn spinning, beer brewing, and wooden board production.
