Wintermühlenhof

The Wintermühlenhof estate spans across multiple buildings with extensive grounds, featuring ponds formed by the Mirbesbach stream at the southern side of Petersberg mountain.

First documented in 1402, the Wintermühlenhof began as a monastic grange of Heisterbach Abbey, operating as a farm, forest management center, and mill facility.

During the 19th century, the estate transformed under the Mülhens family ownership, who developed the entire Siebengebirge region into a recreational destination.

The estate now contains residential units ranging from 50 to 200 square meters and office spaces from 50 to 160 square meters, all available for rent.

The landscape park, constructed between 1905 and 1911, includes multiple architectural elements that represent significant developments in garden design history.
