Hindenburg-Villa, Architectural heritage monument in Mitte, Germany.
The Hindenburg-Villa displays Reform Architecture principles with two full floors beneath a large hipped roof at Bristoler Strasse 6 in Hannover.
The City of Hannover purchased this residence for 350,000 Reichsmarks in 1918 as a birthday gift for Paul von Hindenburg's 71st celebration.
The villa contains numerous hunting trophies and paintings from Hindenburg's collection, including a portrait by Walter Petersen and an image of Moltke.
The building currently serves as headquarters for the Fritz-Behrens Foundation and houses a law firm, with a commemorative plaque above the entrance.
Thousands of citizens welcomed Hindenburg upon his arrival at the villa on July 3, 1919, where he resided until May 1930.
