Domus Medica, Medical Association headquarters near Østerport station, Copenhagen, Denmark
The Neo-Baroque building features a three-winged structure, three storeys, and a Mansard roof covered with black-glazed tiles at Kristianiagade street.
Built between 1902 and 1906, the mansion originally belonged to diplomat Joseph von Plessen as the final aristocratic town residence constructed in Copenhagen.
The Danish Medical Association acquired this 97-room building after their previous Rococo-style headquarters sustained damage during the 1944 Schalburgtage events.
The second floor contains the Danish Medical Association offices, while other medical organizations occupy the ground, third, and fourth levels.
Parts of the ground floor served as rental spaces for foreign diplomatic corps members during the early twentieth century.
