Estonian Road Museum, Transportation museum in Varbuse, Estonia
The Estonian Road Museum contains Eastern Europe's largest collection of road construction equipment, featuring machines from different historical periods.
The museum opened its doors on December 15, 2000, marking the beginning of a dedicated effort to document Estonian road transportation history.
The exhibition 'Washing Machine Made of Beetroot: Ingenuity on the Road' demonstrates Estonian resourcefulness in transportation from April 2024 to September 2025.
Visitors can explore the museum Wednesday through Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM between September 1 and September 30.
The museum features an interactive traffic jungle where children operate electric cars and two-wheeled vehicles while learning road safety principles.
