The Emajõe Business Centre extends 52 meters into the sky with 14 floors of office spaces and commercial establishments near the Emajõgi river.
The construction of this modern business complex began in 1998 under the direction of architect Kalle Rõõmus and reached completion in multiple phases by 2004.

The ground floor contains retail shops, the second floor houses an eye clinic, while upper levels accommodate law offices, dental practices, and technology companies.
Visitors can access the building's observation platform on the roof for views across Tartu by arranging permission through the information desk.
