Precinct of Mut, Ancient temple in Egypt
The Precinct of Mut is part of the Karnak Temple Complex, located near Luxor.
Dedicated to the goddess Mut, it has been a place of worship since at least the New Kingdom.
Mut is revered as a mother goddess, associated with the waters from which everything was born.
