The Sabil-Kuttab-Wikala of Sultan Qaitbay is a multifunctional building, combining a commercial caravanserai with public amenities.
This complex was inaugurated in 1477 during the reign of Sultan Qaitbay in Egypt.
The structure is an exceptional example of Mamluk architecture and part of Cairo's historic fabric.
It once served as an inn for merchants and provided water and education to the poor.
It's included in the Historic Cairo UNESCO World Heritage Site, displaying its global significance.
