Can Llopis Romanticism Museum

The museum occupies a Neoclassical building from 1793, featuring period furniture, Meissen porcelain, Murano glass, musical instruments, and elaborate wall decorations throughout its floors.

Manuel Llopis de Casades, the final heir of the Llopis family, donated the residence to the Generalitat de Catalunya in 1935 for its transformation into a museum.

The interior rooms display the daily life of a nineteenth-century wealthy family through authentic furnishings, decorative arts, and preserved architectural elements.

The museum belongs to the Barcelona Provincial Council Local Museum Network and currently undergoes renovations, requiring visitors to verify opening times before arrival.

The first floor gallery contains forty-nine polychrome tiles depicting children's scenes and a Napoleonic-era game called Bis Bis.
