La Llotja de Lleida

La Llotja de Lleida is a modern venue with two auditoriums and multiple meeting rooms, designed by Dutch architecture firm Mecanoo with a spacious foyer overlooking Seu Vella. The building contains independent entrances and flexible spaces for various event types, ranging from small gatherings to large conventions.

The center opened in 2010 and marked a significant development in the area near the former Central Market of Fruits. This transformation helped turn the neighborhood into a modern venue hub for the city.

The main hall, Sala Ricard Viñes, hosts a wide range of performances from theatre and concerts to film screenings throughout the year. This variety of events makes the space a central meeting point for artists and audiences across the city.

The venue sits just five minutes from the AVE train station and city center, making it easy to reach. Multiple independent entrances allow straightforward access to different areas of the building.

The building includes a public roof terrace that functions as a summer leisure space with sweeping views over Lleida and the Segre River. This outdoor area provides a pleasant retreat with panoramic sights across the city landscape.
