Sant Julià d'Altura

Sant Julià d'Altura is a parish church in northwestern Sabadell built on a ridge overlooking the surrounding landscape. The building sits between a road and a ravine, with a mixture of architectural elements added across different periods.

Excavations in the 1990s uncovered a medieval burial ground with 27 skeletons from the 12th century, along with bronze coins and ritual objects. These finds provide insight into how people lived and were buried in the area during that time.
