Desert City, Plant nursery and botanical garden in San Sebastián de los Reyes, Spain.

Desert City spans over 22,000 square meters, containing specialized areas for growing and displaying xerophytic plants, cacti, and Mediterranean species.

The facility opened its doors on April 28, 2017, established by architect Jacobo García-Germán and former pharmaceuticals executive Mercedes García.

The garden incorporates five distinct sections representing global regions, including an interpretation of Italian gardens mixed with Mexican plant species.

Visitors can explore the extensive collection of over 600 plant species throughout the year, from the miniature Blossfeldia liliputana to towering Saguaro specimens.

The facility functions as Europe's largest cactus garden, combining commercial nursery operations with botanical research and educational programs.
