Lope de Vega Public Library

The Lope de Vega library is a three-level public facility in Tres Cantos with reading areas, study spaces, and multimedia resources spread throughout its floors. The building is organized to accommodate both quiet study and collaborative work in separate sections.

The library opened in May 2000 at the House of Culture before moving to its current purpose-built location in 2011. This relocation marked a significant expansion of the service for the community.

The library maintains reading clubs, educational workshops, and a multipurpose room that accommodates 96 people for conferences and community activities.

The facility opens early on weekdays and closes late in the evening, with shorter hours on weekends. During exam periods, the opening hours extend considerably to provide students with extended study time.

An underground level contains parking spaces alongside dedicated areas for storing and managing the library's book collection. This hidden level supports daily operations while keeping the public floors clear and spacious.
