Saint-Leu-la-Forêt

Saint-Leu-la-Forêt is a commune located in the Val-d'Oise north of Paris. It sits on a hillside overlooking the Seine, mixing residential areas with green spaces and small local shops.

The commune developed from rural farmland into a residential area during the industrial expansion of the 1800s. Its name comes from the forested valley where it sits.
