The Centre Commercial Avaricum contains 30 stores and restaurants spread across 12,800 square meters in the heart of Bourges.
The site transitioned from 1970s social housing towers to a commercial center, following demolitions between 2007 and 2008 that revealed Gallo-Roman remains.
Throughout the year, the center organizes 30 different events that bring together local residents and visitors from neighboring regions.
The shopping center includes a multi-level parking structure with 350 spaces, accessible from Avenue de Peterborough and connected to bus lines 10 and 21.
The Quid Novi pop-up space within Avaricum provides a dedicated area for local creators to showcase and sell their products.
