The Glasswalk extends 9 meters across the third floor of Galeries Lafayette, suspended 16 meters above the central atrium beneath the Art Nouveau dome.
Since its inauguration in December 2023, this suspended passageway adds a modern element to the 130-year legacy of Galeries Lafayette department store.
The walkway presents a new perspective on the architectural details of the famous glass dome, which represents French luxury retail traditions.
Visitors can obtain free access tickets near the Café Coutume escalator, with scheduled time slots available throughout store opening hours.
The transparent floor at the end of the walkway creates an illusion of floating above the bustling shopping floors of the department store.
