St David's Church, Medieval church in Naas, Ireland
St David's Church features two 13th century window openings with colonnettes and a black limestone font within its stone walls in central Naas.
The first documented reference to St David's Church dates to 1212 when it belonged to the Hospitallers of St John of Jerusalem in County Kildare.
The church maintains three medieval chantries dedicated to the Holy Trinity, St Mary, and St Catherine, representing different aspects of religious devotion.
The churchyard contains 188 recorded interments with headstones, making it a resource for genealogical research and historical documentation.
A bell from 1674 remains in the partially completed steeple, which bears a plaque reading 'I found a ruin and left a steeple, Mayo 1783.'
