Villa Puricelli Guerra, Historical villa in Sesto San Giovanni, Italy
The villa features two courtyards, with the main one arranged in a U-shape, decorated with terracotta medallions and semi-circular arches along its walls.
Initially owned by the Jesuit Order in 1721, the property passed through Maria Teresa of Austria before Napoleon's arrival led to Giuseppe Manara's ownership in 1797.
The structure incorporates both 18th-century architecture and 19th-century neo-Gothic elements, including bifore windows and pointed arches throughout the building complex.
Located at Via Puricelli Guerra 24 in Sesto San Giovanni, the villa now houses ALER Milano offices following recent renovation work completed in 2018.
Archaeological excavations in 1995 revealed walls dating back to the year 1000 and sections of a 14th-century road beneath the current structure.
