A white sand beach stretches along the coastline of Salinedda Bay, bordered by red rocks and Mediterranean vegetation at both ends.
The adjacent lagoon served as a salt production site through evaporation methods, giving the bay its name Salinedda in past centuries.
The beach forms part of the Tavolara Marine Reserve, which protects local marine life and maintains traditional Sardinian coastal preservation practices.
The beach extends for 300 meters and provides designated areas with sun loungers and umbrellas for visitors staying at the nearby residence.
A lagoon behind the beach serves as a nesting ground for black-winged stilts and hosts numerous migratory bird species throughout the year.
