Dazaifu Amusement Park, which opened on October 13, 1957, introduced the first jet coaster in western Japan during its early operating years.
The park grounds, provided by Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine, connect traditional Japanese spiritual heritage with modern entertainment through its location and design.
The park operates from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, closes on Wednesdays, and offers dedicated facilities for children including nursing rooms and special restrooms.
Children can participate in seasonal vegetable harvesting activities and interact with animals such as goats, rabbits, and guinea pigs in the Friendship Animal Land.
