古代史博物館

The Ancient History Museum contains exhibition halls with glass walls offering views of the Kaie Temple archaeological site and displaying historical artifacts.

The museum, established in 1997, functions as a research center dedicated to investigating and preserving archaeological findings from the Sennan region.

The permanent exhibition features 100 items from the 302 nationally designated Important Cultural Properties excavated at the Kaie Temple site.

Located 25 minutes on foot from Okadaura Station on the Nankai Line, the museum opens from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM with free admission.

The museum provides research facilities and video viewing areas where visitors can examine historical documents and archaeological materials from the region.
