富士川大橋

The Fujikawa Bridge spans 606 meters across the Fuji River, connecting Fujikawa Town with Ichikawa-Misato Town through two traffic lanes.

Before the bridge construction in 1991, the area relied on ferry services and temporary bridges that frequently washed away during heavy rains.

The Fujikawa Waterfront Park, established in 2010 near the bridge's western bank, provides walking trails and ground golf facilities for local residents.

The bridge serves as the only direct route between Fujikawa and Ichikawa-Misato towns, handling approximately 14,000 vehicles per day.

This agricultural road bridge, managed by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, ranks as the third-longest road bridge crossing the Fuji River.
