Hayano Cemetery Park is a 208,337 m² municipal cemetery park in the Hayano district of Asao Ward, Kawasaki, the city's second largest after Midorigaoka Reien. About a quarter of the grounds is used for graves, including wall-type and lawn-type plots alongside ordinary ones. Seven ponds, some formerly for irrigation, lie within the site, and the 60 m wooden Rainbow Bridge crosses the grounds.

The park's name, Hayano Seichi Kōen, uses the word seichi, meaning sacred ground, for a municipal cemetery opened in Asao Ward. Its newer grave types include wall-style and lawn-style plots, and the black polished panels of the memorial row carry inscriptions in Japanese and English, such as "ever farm."

The grounds are accessible through marked entrances, with paved pathways that make walking easy and information boards placed throughout the site. The best time to visit is during dry weather, as the pathways across the entire park are straightforward to navigate.

The grounds shift throughout the year with changing blooms, as different trees and plants flower in their own seasons and change the park's appearance. This botanical variety makes each visit during different months feel like a different experience.
