Ōji, Kita, Tokyo, Historical town district in Kita-ku, Tokyo, Japan

Oji extends over 7 square kilometers and features numerous parks, gardens, and traditional landmarks connected by efficient transportation networks throughout the district.

During the Edo period, Shogun Tokugawa Yoshimune established Asukayama Park in the early 18th century as one of Tokyo's first public cherry blossom viewing areas.

The Daruma Ceremony takes place on the second Saturday of April, bringing the community together for traditional activities centered around fortune-bringing dolls.

Three museums in Asukayama Park - Shibusawa Memorial Museum, Kita-city Asukayama Museum, and Paper Museum - offer different exhibitions about local history and culture.

The Otonashi Shinsui Park contains a preserved stream and garden where visitors can observe the exact locations depicted in historical Ukiyo-e woodblock prints.
