Sagamiko Park

Sagamiko Park spans across elevated terrain featuring a mountaintop Ferris wheel, amusement rides, and extensive outdoor recreational spaces surrounded by natural landscapes.

The park's development began as part of Kanagawa Prefecture's initiatives to create recreational spaces, leading to the introduction of the Illumillion light show in 2009.

The park incorporates 2,500 cherry trees that draw visitors during spring hanami season, continuing the Japanese tradition of flower viewing celebrations.

Visitors can reach the park via an eight-minute walk from Sagamiko Station on the JR Chuo Line or take a direct bus from Shinjuku Station.

The park features one of the largest radio-control car courses in the Kanto region, alongside mountain bicycle tracks at different elevation points.
