Aizu Athletic Park Stadium

Aizu Athletic Park Stadium is a modern sports facility in Aizuwakamatsu with a full-size track and seating for approximately 7,300 people. The venue includes training grounds and locker facilities designed to host regional and national competitions.

The facility opened in 2013 and became an important venue for sports in the Aizuwakamatsu region. Its construction reflected growing interest in developing local athletic infrastructure in Fukushima.

The stadium functions as a central gathering point where local residents participate in sports events and maintain physical fitness traditions.

The stadium is about 4 kilometers (2.5 miles) from Tsurugajo Castle and offers parking for visitors. A 20-minute walk from Minamiwakamatsu Station makes it easy to reach by train or other transportation.

The venue serves as the home stadium for Fukushima United FC, a professional soccer team that plays matches here regularly. Beyond competitions, it also hosts training camps and community sports programs throughout the year.
