Station Garden Tower, Residential tower in Nippori, Japan
Station Garden Tower spans 40 floors with a height of 153 meters, making it the tallest structure in the Arakawa district of Tokyo.
The construction of this tower commenced in 2005 as part of the Nippori Station area redevelopment project and reached completion in February 2008.
The tower integrates residential spaces with commercial facilities, representing modern Japanese urban development approaches in densely populated metropolitan areas.
Located one minute from Nippori Station, the building contains 340 residential units ranging from 30 to 81 square meters in size.
The structure features a sky lounge, concierge services, and accommodates 346 bicycle parking spaces alongside 62 vehicle parking slots.
