Kamaishi Civic Hall

The Kamaishi Civic Hall is a modern concert venue in the city of Kamaishi with a flat-roofed design and spacious outdoor areas. The building connects seamlessly with a public plaza and neighboring commercial zones, creating an open flow of spaces.

The concert hall opened in December 2017 as part of Kamaishi's reconstruction following the Great East Japan Earthquake and tsunami disaster. It represents the city's commitment to rebuilding cultural spaces and community life after the devastation.
