Construction began in June 2014 and the eastern building opened in November 2019, marking a significant point in Shibuya district development.
The building houses 213 retail establishments offering Japanese and international products, from fashion items to electronic goods and regional cuisine.
Visitors can access the observation deck between 10:00 AM and 10:30 PM, with online ticket purchases providing a 300-yen discount over counter prices.
The rooftop observation deck provides views of Mount Fuji, Tokyo Skytree, and the Imperial Palace during clear weather conditions.
