Higashimurayama-Chūō Park

This green space spans over 121,000 square meters and contains Japanese red oaks, Korean pines, and cherry blossom trees throughout its natural landscape.

The park opened on June 1, 1986, as part of Tokyo's initiative to create recreational spaces in suburban areas for local communities.

The park features seasonal nature observation gatherings where families learn about local wildlife and participate in environmental education programs.

Visitors can reach the park within six minutes on foot from Yasaka Station on the Seibu Tamako Line, with operating hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM daily.

The park contains a dedicated bird sanctuary and connects to the Sayama-Sakai Greenway, making it a central point for nature observation and cycling routes.
