Deep Valley Flower Garden Premium Outlet is a large shopping mall in Fukaya with about 130 stores offering clothing, shoes, accessories, and household goods at lower prices. The buildings follow an open layout with covered walkways and seating areas scattered throughout for rest.
The outlet opened in 2022 and was developed by Mitsubishi Jisho to bring quality shopping close to nature for the local area. It was designed to blend local culture and environmental elements into the shopping experience.
The name reflects the local area and its connection to nature. The mall features sculptures and artworks by local artists displayed throughout the walkways, creating a space where shopping connects with cultural expression.
The grounds span more than 42 hectares with wide walkways between stores and plenty of seating areas throughout. The location is accessible by car and also served by public bus connections near the station.
Some international brands like Korg audio equipment and Versace make their first appearance in Japan here at this outlet. The central Food Lodge, designed like a treehouse and stretching 25 meters, displays works by multiple artists behind glass windows.
