Omiya Kadomachi is a modern building complex in Ōmiya-ku rising approximately 90 meters with a steel and concrete structure. The complex contains eighteen stories above ground and three basement levels that serve different functions.
The project launched in October 2021 and progressed rapidly through its construction phase. An official opening ceremony in April 2022 marked the completion of this development.
The Citizen Hall Omiya within the complex serves as a meeting place for neighborhood events and provides spaces for local gatherings. You can observe how the community uses these areas for various social purposes.
The complex is located about five minutes from Omiya Station, making it easy to reach by public transport. The building provides six elevators and parking facilities for both tenants and visitors.
The building was constructed in less than a year from groundbreaking to completion, which is remarkably fast for a project of this scale. This speed demonstrates the efficiency of modern Japanese construction methods and project management.
