Sanctuary of Our Lady Tal-Ħerba is a church building in Birkirkara with a cross-shaped layout, central dome, and bell tower. A long courtyard leads to a portico crowned by a statue of the Virgin Mary.

The sanctuary is located on Triq tal-Herba street and is open during regular visiting hours. Visitors should wear appropriate clothing that respects the guidelines for entering religious buildings.
A painting from 1740 depicts the speronara, a traditional Maltese boat, and is among the earliest known representations of this boat type. The work documents how important seafaring was to local life and economy.
