Gorp en Roovert, Private estate in Hilvarenbeek, Netherlands.

The estate covers 1200 hectares with deciduous and coniferous forests, farmland, heathlands, ponds, and the Rovertse Leij stream flowing through the property.

The land originally belonged to the Duke of Brabant before passing to notary Cornelis Bles in 1758, who built a dyke to improve access from the heathlands.

The border bridge over Rovertse Leij contains a boundary marker from 1843, forming a historical ensemble with the old connecting road and chapel.

Visitors can explore 11 kilometers of marked hiking trails through the forest, starting from Restaurant De Nieuwe Hoef with detailed maps available online.

The estate features the Papschot pond, which contains rare flora including gentian bellflower, and hosts black woodpeckers and tawny owls.
