Norgerholt

Norgerholt is a forest area in Noordenveld with dense tree cover spread across about 25 hectares, featuring sturdy oak and beech forests mixed with extensive holly populations. Walking paths run through these different woodland sections, showing the mix of plant life found here.

This forest is documented in records from 1585, when local farmers harvested its oak trees for building traditional structures in the region. That long history of use shows how important the woodland was to the area's development.
