Sint-Lambertuskerk

The Sint Lambertuskerk features a cruciform basilica with a front tower made of red brick and natural stone blocks with decorative elements.

Architect Evert Margry designed this religious structure, which was constructed between 1877 and 1878, with side aisles and chapels expanded in the 1920s.

The church interior displays life-sized sculptures of apostles along its walls and contains original stained glass windows in the choir section.

The building maintains regular services and programs at its location on Oostzeedijk Beneden, offering sacramental preparation and community activities throughout the year.

An organ manufactured by Maarschalkerweerd in Utrecht was installed in 1900 and underwent complete restoration by Gebr Vermeule in Weert in 1983.
