Historic Vegetables Farm

The Historic Vegetables Farm in Beesel is a place where old vegetable varieties are grown across multiple garden sections using traditional growing methods. The different areas show how plants develop side by side and how seeds are saved for future seasons.

A team of volunteer helpers care for over 50 different historical vegetable varieties that would otherwise have disappeared from the area. This work is visible to visitors as you walk through the gardens and can observe the careful tending.
