Petrus- en Pauluskerk

Petrus- en Pauluskerk is a church building featuring a single nave with a southern aisle and a 13th-century transept that extends the crossing space. The structure is capped by a five-sided apse at its eastern end and displays stone walls typical of medieval construction methods.

Construction of the church began after 1217 and proceeded through multiple building phases spanning several centuries. A major restoration took place in 1959, after which the structure was stabilized and maintained in its current form.

The interior walls feature late 15th-century paintings depicting scenes from Mary and Christ's life, demonstrating the artistic skill and devotion of that era. Visitors can observe how these religious artworks remain integrated into the worship space today.
