Pratulin, Religious village in eastern Poland
Pratulin sits near the Belarus border within Biała Podlaska County of Lublin Voivodeship, marked by agricultural fields and traditional wooden architecture.
The village gained recognition after Russian Imperial forces killed thirteen Greek Catholic protesters defending their church from forced Orthodox conversion in 1874.
The community maintains Eastern Polish traditions through religious ceremonies, local customs, and commemorative events honoring the Pratulin Martyrs each January.
