Palace in Krobielowice, Historic palace in Krobielowice, Poland
Palace in Krobielowice is a manor house located in the Bystrzyca River Valley Landscape Park, with Baroque towers and Renaissance wings. The building now operates as a hotel with guest rooms, a restaurant, and a nine-hole golf course on its grounds.
The manor began as a fortified structure in the 14th century under monastery ownership and later passed through different hands. In the early 1800s it became the residence of a Prussian military leader before further ownership changes followed.
Following World War II, the palace served multiple communal purposes, including a kindergarten and housing for agricultural workers until the 1970s.
The site operates as an accommodation with various room types available, offering dining options and activities for guests. Visitors should contact ahead to arrange their arrival time and confirm which services or facilities match their interests.
After World War II the local community used the manor house for a kindergarten and homes for agricultural workers before later renovations took place. A New Zealand owner later discovered a family link to the property through an old drawing created by his great aunt.
