Built in the late 18th century outside the city walls of Poznań, this manor house represents suburban residential architecture from the late Baroque period.
The building stands as one of the few remaining examples of suburban patrician residences that once dominated the landscape along the Warta River.
The manor house sits below street level due to ground elevation modifications made by Prussian authorities to prevent flooding in the area.
The structure combines different construction methods with brick cellars and timber-framed upper walls, maintaining its original window frames and small front garden.
