Demptowo

Demptowo is a residential district in Gdynia that spans a considerable area and forms part of the Pustki Cisowskie-Demptowo district. It borders the Tricity Landscape Park and the Marszewo forest area.

The area has roots dating back to the 17th century and was formally incorporated into Gdynia's city boundaries in 1930. This integration coincided with the expansion of the urban area alongside neighboring Chylonia.

The neighborhood maintains strong local bonds through its Catholic church and schools that function as community gathering points. These institutions shape daily life and create connections among residents in the district.
