Jezioro Chrzypskie, Recreational lake in Wielkopolska region, Poland
Lake Chrzypskie extends over 322 hectares with a length of 3 kilometers, featuring three islands and reaching depths of up to 11 meters.
The lake emerged during the last glacial period, forming part of the Międzychodzko-Sierakowski Lake District within the protected Sierakowski Landscape Park established in 1991.
The surrounding villages of Chrzypsko Wielkie, Chrzypsko Małe, and Łężeczki maintain traditional fishing practices and water-based recreational activities throughout the seasons.
Multiple holiday resorts and camping grounds line the shoreline, while the lake's waters support various fish species including pike, perch, and bream.
The Białokoski Stream flows near the southern edge of the lake, creating a mountain-like stream environment in the otherwise lowland landscape.
