Saint Andrew church in Chełm

Saint Andrew church is a brick Baroque structure featuring five domes, with a prominent central dome surrounded by four smaller turrets. The entire composition reaches approximately 50 meters in height and forms a striking landmark in the city.

Italian architect Paolo Fontana designed and built this structure between 1737 and 1750. This period marked a significant development in religious architecture for the Chełm region.
