Assumption of Mary Church in Bielawa, Gothic Revival church in Bielawa, Poland.

Assumption of Mary Church is a brick-built religious structure in Bielawa featuring a cruciform layout with three naves and two prominent towers in gothic revival style. The interior contains neo-gothic decorations, an organ with 30 voices, and an altar with a 1913 canvas painting depicting the Assumption of Mary.

Construction of this church took place between 1868 and 1876 under architect Alexis Langer from Wrocław, with consecration performed by Dean Adolf Rinke upon completion. The building underwent major renovations in the 1990s that addressed structural and mechanical systems.

The church takes its name from the Assumption of Mary, reflecting its central religious meaning for the community. The interior displays neo-gothic decorations that mark this as a significant place of worship and spiritual importance.

The church can be accessed through main entrances located on the western side of the building. Visitors should note that entry is typically available during worship services and special events rather than for casual daytime browsing.

The roof is covered with copper sheet metal that was installed in 1976, giving the structure a distinctive appearance that sets it apart from other religious buildings in the area. This specific material choice became an identifying feature of the building over time.
