The church has a Latin cross layout with a single nave, side chapels, and a two-tower facade featuring a dove relief symbolizing the Holy Spirit.
Construction of the church began in 1650 under the Słupecki family and was completed in 1675, with further expansion taking place from 1744 to 1757.
The main altar contains paintings by Antoni Dembicki from 1745, while the side altars display works by Szymon Czechowicz from the 17th century.
The church maintains regular religious services and hosts various community activities, including a parish choir and neocatechumenal communities.
Eight side altars line the main nave, while the northern chapel features Old Testament scenes and the southern chapel contains paintings by Józef Meyer.
