Zyndram's Hill

The stone fortification at Zyndram's Hill reaches a height of 410 meters and features defensive walls stretching approximately 200 meters along its eastern and northern sides.

Archaeological excavations between 1959 and 1975 revealed evidence of human settlements dating from 1750 BC through the Early Bronze Age to the La Tène period.

The hill contains architectural remnants that demonstrate construction techniques similar to those found in Alpine and Mediterranean regions during the Bronze Age period.

Visitors can access the archaeological site through established paths, where they can examine the preserved stone fortifications and view the partial reconstruction of the eastern gate.

The stone defensive architecture discovered at Zyndram's Hill represents the oldest example of such construction in Poland, predating other stone structures by over 2500 years.
