The stone church features a neo-Gothic tower, baroque bell tower, and central nave supported by structural buttresses extending from the exterior walls.
Built between 1530 and 1539, the church suffered damage during the Swedish invasion when its roof was destroyed and interior possessions taken.
The interior houses baroque altars with statues of Saints Stanislaus and Adalbert, along with an 18th-century painting depicting the Crucifixion.
Daily masses are held at 6:00, 7:00, and 18:00, with additional services on Sundays at 8:30, 10:00, 11:30, 13:00, and 18:00.
The church contains an alabaster bust of the Virgin Mary, received as a papal gift and donated by Doctor Hieronim Köller to the community.
