The Jerzego Waszyngtona 2B building features thirteen floors with modernist architecture and stands as a prominent structure on the eastern side of Warsaw.
Constructed in 1963, this skyscraper marked the first high-rise development on the right bank of the Vistula River in post-war Warsaw.
The structure reflects Polish architect Marek Leykam's modernist principles, incorporating geometric forms and functional design elements characteristic of the period.
The building underwent modifications in the 1970s, replacing its original floor-to-ceiling glass walls with brick walls and smaller windows to improve insulation.
Initial plans included a rooftop revolving restaurant, evidenced by a concrete circle that remains at the top of the structure.
