Mennica Towers, Office building in Wola, Poland
Mennica Towers is a two-building office complex at Prosta 18 in Wola: a 140-metre tower with 32 above-ground floors and a 43-metre, 9-storey building beside it. The tower's rounded front and flat sides are clad in a grid of blue-grey glass panels, and its glazed main lobby reaches 12 metres in height.
The complex replaced the Polish Mint's headquarters, demolished in 2016. The general contractor was chosen in late 2015 and construction began at the turn of 2015 and 2016, with completion first planned for 2018. WeWork moved into the lower west building at the end of 2019, and fit-out of the tower finished in autumn 2020, when mBank became its main tenant and gave it the name mBank Tower.
The complex takes its name from Mennica Polska, the Polish Mint, whose headquarters stood on this site until its demolition in 2016. The mint's own offices were later placed inside the tower it co-developed with Golub GetHouse. In September 2025 Mennica Polska became sole owner and renamed the complex Mennica Towers.
The building sits near the Rondo ONZ metro station, making it easy to reach by public transport. There is ample parking and bicycle storage available for those arriving by car or bike.
The complex restored part of Waliców Street between Prosta and Pereca as part of the development. Two public plazas were laid out: the larger, 4,750 m², runs between the arcades of both buildings and opens onto Prosta Street; the smaller sits at the Pereca and Żelazna corner, with café terraces beside the lower building.
